SHIPPING INFO & POLICY
We are a physical store. Many of our items listed for sale are also available on our sales floor. It sometimes happens that the only item we have left has been sold in the store, before we have received your order. We update our website every 24 hours to remove soldered discs, then we will refund you immediately. All of our CD stock are assumed to be new or M/M imported from established labels. Some CD's are removed from boxes and put in plastic envelopes to prevent theft, which sometimes causes light scratches but still remain new. (This is in case we have left the only CD left to purchase) There is always the small possibility that one or more of your items may has been purchased in store one day before we receive your order.
If this happens, we will contact you immediately and send you back your money. Thank you for understanding.
All records vinyls are visually graded only. I do my best to give the most correct Discogs grading I can. Contact me for more pictures and details if you want to be 110% satisfied. I'll answer all your questions. If you are concerned about the grading of an album, please contact me before purchasing so we may inspect the album one more time, especially for you.

We ship to the whole world. Worldmusic Oasis is not responsible for damaged and lost packages. Worldmusic Oasis recommend all customers to add 13 Euros extra for the invoice with tracking number, to be able to follow your order and to be 100% guaranteed to receive your package. It cost another 13 Euros for the insurance in case the package gets damage or lost.
