Worldmusic oasis
Worldmusic oasis opened its doors in 1993. The shop was one of the pioneers in world music in Sweden.
Today, after long experience, Worldmusic Oasis is proud to offer a large choice of music from the whole world. Worldmusic Oasis is like the name symbolises a real oasis of world music.
Our contacts around the world make us able to offer music from big record companies as well as small companies. We can also offer music from unknown artists as well as artists found on the world music charts. More than 100 countries are represented in our stock.
Worldmusic Oasis is active in different culture and music events in Gothenburg, and have been a meeting point for music lovers. The shop has become an information centre for music events, where all the people can be up-dated on what’s happening in the town.
Worldmusic oasis also have a large collection of vinyl’s, old and new. Reggae, funk, soul, pop, rock, jazz etc.
Today Worldmusic Oasis is proud to say that they have staff with great knowledge and experience. We can help with advice and recommendations. We can also help to search for special records and requests. We also provide information about upcoming events in the region.

Leveranstider
Vi skickar varorna snarast möjligt Vissa titlar kan tillfälligt ta slut i lager, då tar det 5 –7 arbetsdagar innan vi kan skicka varan.
Orderbekräftelse
En orderbekräftelse får du automatiskt när beställningen kommit fram, om du fyllt i din korrekta e-mail adress.
Reklamationer
Vi tar tillbaks varor som har skickats fel, är skadade under transport eller har fel från fabriken.
När det gäller begagnad vinyl accepterar vi returer om kunden anser att vår bedömning av skivans skick ej stämmer.

Vid köp mot faktura gäller följande:

Faktura används endast av bibliotek, skolor, Radio och andra kommunala verksamheter.

30 dagars kredit.
- Påminnelseavgift 45:- tillkommer vid obetald faktura.

Vi fakturerar endast inom Sverige – Norge - Danmark.
Postförskott
Vi sänder varorna mot postförskott inom Sverige. Postförskottsavgift tillkommer på ordersumman.
OBS! För ej uthämtade paket debiterar vi 96 kronor i fraktkostnad.

Delivery
We will send the merchandise as soon as possible. Some items may occasionally be out of stock and in those cases it will take us a few days before we can send the item.
Confirmation
A confirmation of your order will be sent as soon as we get the order, if you have fill in your correct e-mail address.
Returns
We accept items in return only if they have been damaged by the transport or have faults from the factory, in witch case we will send you a new item.
For the second hand vinyl we accept returns if there is a disagreement on the judgement on the condition of the record.

| GRADING OF RECORDS |
|
Grading of records
In the listings there are two grading abbreviations for each record, the first is for the record and the second for the sleeve. We are specialised in cd´s and vinyl is not our speciality. We try to not sell records in bad condition at all. Some records even if they are new, like Jamaican reissue records, have some spots or you can hear some noise.
S/S Record & Cover
Record is still sealed.
New
for us NEW means records who have never been played. It can be new release’s with Sizzla or it can be an old record with Salif Keita from the 80´s who never have been played.
NM Record
Record in beautiful shape but is 2nd hand and is unplayed condition or has one or two very small surface marks that don't affect play. The record can be New to but “used” by some customers who have been listening to it in the shop, we prefer to grade some new records with MN instead for New to be sure that we don’t miss something who can make our customers disapointed
NM Cover
Cover in beautiful shape but is 2nd hand and might have minor cut, very light cover wear or small signs of use. Cover looks like new and has no cover wear, writings on cover, bent corners or split seams this can have been a result of customers, when they take the records to listen.
VG+ Record
Record has some light surface marks but plays perfectly or close to. Still very good shape.
VG+ Cover
Cover has some cover wear, small writings, light marks, cut corner, small split seams or bent corners. Still very good shape.
VG Record
Record has lot of surface marks and plays with occasional background noise but still enjoyable.
VG Cover
Cover has taped seam, bigger writings on cover, heavy cover wear, big cut corner or big split seams. |
